For years I struggled with poor eating habits. 2013 was the year i finally had enough. Taking a turn for the better, I improved my diet and I was able to lose 35lbs! I didn’t spend a lot of time at the gym but I did dance my nights away at least two or three times a week. It starts with what you put in your body, and I am living proof that 90 per cent of your success comes from your diet!
