I’ve been working out for years regularly 3-4 times a week but the weight kept creeping on. As someone who has a hypothyroidism and is doomed with slower metabolism I was getting increasingly frustrated with my weight gain and my physical appearance. When I crossed over to an all women gym I decided to take advantage of the complimentary consultations and that is how I met Terri. We connected immediately and joked that we are like long lost sisters. When she told me that I was not eating enough food I was shocked. She promised that the program will produce wanted results and she was right.
The journey was not easy at the beginning. I brought my husband with me on this journey and that was the best decision that we have made. It is much easier when you have “a buddy” to keep you on track and it is much easier when the whole family is changing eating habits. We had to get used to the amount of food that we were eating, the types of foods that we were buying, but after two weeks we got in a groove of things and the results were visible. But we could not do it without Terri’s support, Terri’s educational materials and guidance. She was always there for us supporting and encouraging even when the scale was not cooperating (on those dreaded weeks when your body just does not want to budge!).
I’m healthier, happier and I can get into my size 6 jeans!!!!
And this is not a diet; this is a lifestyle change, the one that I’m committed to for the rest of my life!
