You will meet with your 10 Weeks To Wow! Nutrition and Weight Loss Food Coach on a weekly basis to review your progress and weekly food tracker. You will learn how to Read Food Labels, the difference between Omega 6’s vs Omega 3’s, Good Carbs and so much more.  You will have 10 weekly education components that will give you the tools to NEVER get tricked or fooled at the Grocery Store again.  As you learn practical and innovative ways to easily implement new nutrition and lifestyle habits, you will be well on the road to creating the healthy and happy person you are striving to become.
