I found the “10 Weeks to Wow Program” as a result of stopping by Womens Fitness one day. I had reached my highest weight ever – not that I like promoting that fact – and was just at a loss as to how to go about finding myself both literally and figuratively again. Terri’s “10 Weeks to Wow Program” played a huge part in helping me shed the pounds, as it was clearly laid out and relied on food that I could purchase at my local grocery store instead of having to shop for specialty menus. It has taken discipline and hard work to get to this point, but much as I would love to lose “5 pounds a week” as some places advocate, I wasn’t willing to give up my health for quick weight loss. I still have some work ahead of me, but am confident that if I continue to follow the “10 Weeks to Wow Program” and work out regularly, I will reach my goal and regain the self-confidence that I had lost along the way.
