MY JOURNEY TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BEGAN once I had hit an all time low. I woke up one day and decided a change was necessary. After battling the symptoms of my thyroid disease for over five years —primarily weight gain and fatigue—and exhausting every medical treatment available to me, I decided to take matters into my own hands! Enough was enough, I was going to get healthy by living healthier.

I joined a gym and met with a nutritionist to get a jump start on changing my bad eating habits. Terri, at 10 Weeks To Wow! Weight Loss Experts, equipped me with all the information and knowledge I needed to start eating healthier and to lose weight. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy because my hypothyroidism would be working against me, but I was determined that it was not going to beat me.

I am happy to say I lost 17 pounds and have kept it off for over a year. As it turned out, the 10 Week Plan was not a diet—it was a platform to living a healthy life. Thanks to Terri, I have developed healthy eating habits and have learned how to reward myself without over indulging in unhealthy foods.

In short, 10 Weeks To Wow! has changed my life and the way I look at food. I am happier now than I have ever been with my body! The best part was that the transformation was easier than I ever imagined—once I was given the blueprint to eating a well balanced diet. Thank you Terri!!
